Ability to see closed cases across fleet

Request from Matt Beemer at DTE:

"Being able to look at historical cases by equipment type or symptoms would let us be able to learn from similar historical cases. We would be able to see similar symptoms, what was done, and what actually solved the problem. I was also looking to see which gearbox replacements were detected by condition monitoring, what the recommendations were, and how long the gearboxes ran. I would be looking to be able to search historical cases by equipment or symptom."
