Add Service Region in a column in Lifespan

We request to add service groups. Most of our case assignment happens through service groups and it is helpful for quicker escalation if it is included. Can we have an additional column in Lifespan>Cases>Service Groups. Currently, Service Groupsis missing. Can this be added as a column?
