Include second reference power curve in Asset panel Info tab

Cypress turbines in north Europe come typically with 2 reference power curve ( i.e. Day vs Night with NRO ). Lifespan only shows 1 RPC per Corella PLM.

Projects team is suggesting to add this additional RPC with clear identification of the respective power curve id. Currently there is not a strong process to validate that the turbine parameters acc. to the reference power curve defined at the end of the OTR phase
